The project site is located at the start of a prominent street in Arcadia with a small area of frontage. The challenge was to create an estate presence and approach while maximizing the potential of a lot with commercial office spaces abutting one side of the lot and a great mountain view from the front. Digital simulations were created to study the approach to the site, experience the spatial relationships and impact of the commercial property to the privacy of the rear yard.
