At the end of a culdesac lot and adjacent to a landscaped retention basin, this project presented a unique opportunity to create engaging outdoor living areas on both the front and back sides of the lot. The approach and street presence were carefully studied to create an estate like presence and set the project apart from other speculative custom residence within the development.
