Opposing views on the direction for the character of this new custom home led to a unique solution where a dialogue and play between traditional and modern languages was created. The exterior was designed primarily in a traditional character to respond to a traditional surrounding context with a few modern expressions. The interior presents a traditional backdrop with modern elements sprinkled throughout, drawing inspiration from Parisian apartments in Europe.
